As private sellers, we ourselves have tried to work with estate agents over the last few years, hoping to pursue and build on our passion to sell properties. During this time, we have felt disillusioned by estate agents as we discovered that whichever agent we used, there would always be a lack of any form of communication from them. We tried many times, hopeful that the next experience would be different but with no such luck. They were missing the enthusiasm we were looking for.
